Maria and Cristina 4LCBC has recently enjoyed a visit from two members of the Romanian Church in Calarasi who we are privileged to partner with.  Maria Harton and Cristina Bandrabur spent a couple of weeks with us and while here helped with It's Not Crazy, this year's holiday Bible Club. Maria and Cristina also sang with the Church Music Group and spoke to us about their home church. They sent us this message on their return to Romania.

'We want to thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to be a part of  the Kids club team and also for treating us as a part of your family. We had a great time among children this week and we enjoyed meeting you all.

Maria and Cristina1Kids club was one of the most interesting challenges for us because we had to deal with new people, from a new country in which English language is the main one. We have to admit that we were impressed with how people work together in order to show the love that God has for children. Being from Romania, English is not our first language and, in the beginning, it was a bit hard for us to find ways to work with children, but in the end we made new friends.

Maria and Cristina2We did enjoy the time that we had at church, we learn a lot from this experience and we're very excited about this partnership.

We're very thankful to Alan and Gill for their hospitality and their kindness. It was an unforgettable experience and we've learned from you how to share God's love for children. Thank you for everything.
