On Sunday we were looking at the passage in Ephesians chapter 6 where Paul encourages us to 'put on the full armour of God'. Neil was able, with the help of a willing volunteer, to demonstrate what this might look like, when we don:

• the belt of truth
• the breastplate of righteousness
• feet fitted with the gospel of peace
• the shield of faith
• the helmet of salvation and
• the sword of the Spirit.
