Home Groups meet at 7.45pm on alternate Thursday evenings in eleven homes in Long Crendon and the surrounding area.
Currently around 150 people regularly attend Home Groups, which provide pastoral care and support within our fellowship.
Prayer Meeting
Our central church Prayer Meeting is at 7.45pm in the Pavilion while we are out of hte church building, on alternate Thursday evenings to Home Groups.
It includes a brief devotional time. Flexible seating in the church allows for small group prayer during the meeting; everyone is very welcome.
Connect
Connect is a meeting space for women to pray, study and reach out to others. Details of the programme are given in the diary.
A crèche is available for under-5s.
Contact
Contact meets fortnightly at the church with an opportunity for older folk to get together, usually with a visiting speaker. Once a month during the winter there is a hot lunch before the meeting. See the diary for details of the current programme.
Spectrum
On the 3rd Wednesday of each month an art group meets from 10.30am to 3.00pm, run by Gill Esam. Whatever your ability there is help and encouragement in this non-competitive, friendly, enthusiastic group of men and women.
A new development is Start-up Spectrum if you are just beginning with watercolours - check the diary for dates and times.
A painting is completed in each session with instruction and guidance; all materials are provided.
Everyone welcome.

Spectrum has also made some visits to exhibitions. Here is a photo taken at the Tate Modern on the 9th February 2011. Fourth from the left is friend of Spectrum, Stuart Currie, an art historian working with London City Mission. Stuart visited LCBC on 14th November 2012 for a practical session day looking at techniques and approaches used by artists since the time of the Impressionists.
20s & 30s Group![]()
The second Sunday of every month after the evening service - an informal get-together for anyone in this age group, meeting in someone's home.

A very pleasant afternoon once a month, on the second Monday. Men and women welcome. Increase your word power and finish with a nice cup of tea.
Table Tennis
