Who’s who?
Jeff Steadman
Senior Pastor
Jeff has been Pastor of the church since 1977. A Welshman by birth, he is married to Hannah who hails from Northern Ireland - they met at Bible College in Glasgow. Apart from enthusiastically supporting anything to do with rugby Jeff runs a very tidy garden.
Neil Turton
Pastor
Neil came to LCBC in 2005 after a career in banking followed by three years study at Oak Hill College.
Neil is married to Liz, and they have three young sons. They have experience of working together in churches in London, Rio de Janiero and St Albans. Both enjoy music, and Neil is a keen photographer and sportsman; they have travelled widely and have a particular interest in Latin America.
Paddy Harris
Youth Pastor
Paddy has been at LCBC since July 2003. He arrived here straight from a degree course in youth and community studies at the College of St Mark and St John in Plymouth. 2003 was a significant year for Paddy; for as well as starting at LCBC, he married the lovely Clare in the July of that year! The Harris family has grown further with the arrival of Zachary James Harris on 19 January 2007. The boy looks destined to be a rugby player!
Paddy is a life-long, third-generation Chelsea fan and loves most sports, especially golf and football. Wishes he could ski more often then he gets to, and also drums in church to cover up the sound of his singing!
From September 2009 the church is supporting Paddy in a part-time course of study at Regent's Park College in Oxford to help develop his pastoral skills.
Adam Robertson
Youth Work Leader

Adam joined LCBC on 1 July 2009. Through helping with Maidenhead Crusaders as a young leader and undergoing youth work training it became clear that he should go into full time youth ministry. Adam has been a volunteer youth leader at a church in Marlow, as well as continuing his leadership role in Crusaders and expanding his experience helping out at a youth club in Holyport.
He loves his sport, is keen on football and a Wycombe Wanderers fan, and completed six months as part of Christians in Sport’s academy program. Adam is also big on live music and tries to get out and see his favourite bands when he can.
